SMALL BUSINESS FOCUSED ON CORE COMPETENCY
3-10 employees, 1 location
This business does one or two things, better than anyone else.
The staff is small enough that the owner doesn’t want to waste any of their staff's time on IT/Computer/Network tasks.
In addition, ownership wants to assure that staff uses the computing equipment for business, and minimizes disruption due to malware, inappropriate surfing, personal software, etc.
The most important goals in IT support are stability, low cost, consistency, and getting IT 'out of the way' as much as possible.
In this scenario, D'Mention Systems provides a minimal monthly cost for keeping all the systems stable, current, and functional. This includes a fully staffed helpdesk during business hours for all company needs.
Additional billable hours can be used for special projects or occasional extra work needed.
SMALL BUSINESS FOCUSED ON GROWTH
5-20 employees, 1 location
This is a progressive, growing, very successful business.
The company's focus is on enabling future growth, empowering its creative staff, leveraging technology as a differentiator, and protecting against disaster and downtime.
The most important goals are to have technology working for the company and enabling the key staff to do more. This requires a trusted partner in your technology support, who can adapt to specific needs and can support a mix of tech-savvy creative staff with task-oriented staff, in the same environment.
In this scenario, D'Mention Systems provides a competitive monthly cost for keeping all the systems stable, current, and functional. This includes a fixed amount of onsite support hours each month to be used as needed, and a fully staffed helpdesk during business hours.
D'Mention Systems staff provides monthly reports of work done and outstanding issues. D'Mention Systems staff also can participate in budget planning meetings for capital technology purchase and refresh planning, to help minimize unexpected costs.
MEDIUM BUSINESS NEEDING DEDICATED IN-HOUSE TECH SUPPORT
10-100 employees, 1-2 locations
This is a vibrant, progressive company who excel at their core business.
The company's needs are dedicated full or part time technical support staff, but without building out a full IT shop and staff.
Needs are met here by an outside expert to help hire, manage (matrix managed with in-house managers), and direct IT staff.
In this scenario, D'Mention Systems would help develop a staffing, technology infrastructure, and operations plan, then hire and direct the in-house staff. D'Mention Systems would provide technology leadership and planning, as well as 2nd level support and technical management.
This would be done at a fixed monthly cost, based on the needs of your business.
MEDIUM TECH-SAVVY BUSINESS NEEDING SPECIALIST SUPPORT
10-100 employees, 1-2 locations
This is a vibrant, progressive company with an in-house IT staff for day-to-day operations.
This company needs outside specialists for targeted consulting on things like security, process improvement, specific technology implementation, and various best-practices.
The company's goals are to raise the level of knowledge, quality and effectiveness in the current staff, while still maintaining in-house control over IT resources.
In this scenario D'Mention Systems can provide project based fixed-cost work, or as-needed billable hourly work.
